Celebrating Alice: Madness Returns release in June 14th !!!

Haven't draw for quite a while : P I found it really fun to draw Alice and her wounderland friends. However, this game actually is way more spooky and scarier than my drawing...If you watch the series of traliers you will know what I mean XD

Although it all looks all crazy and insane, I actually found the Mcgee's setting of Alice way more interesting than the original. Perhaps I've been living in reality for too long and abandoned my childlike imagination....I found wonderland more reasonable as hallucinations than dreams. Although I won't deny that Alice have been living a happier life drowning herself in her own mind and her wonderland : )

Mcgee's Alice has always been a brave girl to me. Even though she suffers in her past, she never gives up and fight courageously. She was never stopped by an obstacle before, so now she will again fight for a way out!

The graphics of Madness Returns are obviously better than the previous games. I've spot some new features throughout the gameplay vids: Alice can change her dress, there are more weapon options for her, she can turn small anytime she wants, she can turn to somewhat like a "zombie" mode which is really powerful, she turns into butterfly when she translocate from place to place (which is the best feature I like so far, its so beautful!!!) and so much more. I don't own a PS3 or a Xbox myself, but I'm still excited for its release tomorrow : D

so yeah....if you have the guts for blood, cut-off body parts, violence, and anything related to intense horror, go watch the tralier XD

My friends decorated my locker using the theme of constellation !!! This is the first time my locker got decorated and I like it very much!! You girls have done a very sweet thing for me, thank you <3 Here I'll give a closer look of each constellations:

Just went out stargazing today since the sky is clear. Supposedly, I was going to search Vega, part of the constellation Lyra because it is the topic of today's Sky and Telescope. However, I'm quite disspointed that the East side of the sky is where my house front's facing and the street light really killed the actual brightness of Vega :(

Feeling unsatisfied, I return to my usual stargazing site (backyard) which the southern/western sky can be clearly viewed. Surprisingly, I saw Saturn, inside the constellation Virgo and right beside one of Virgo's star Porrima. I'm still not familar with the time for planet to occur and so on, so this really gives me an unexpected excitement : ).

Now that I've spread the news, perhaps you should take a look of Saturn for the following nights! If you squeezed your eyes a little harder, you can see Porrima beside it too (Saturn has a visual magnitude of 1.0 and Porrima's is around 3.40~3.50, that just gives you the idea of how the contrast would show, but the actual view depend on how light polluted your stargazing area is though)

魔法少女まどか☆マギカOST!!!

I've been waiting for this for so long....Puella Magi Magica Madoka OST 1 is finally out yesterday!!

If you haven't watch this animade, I highly recommand that you do : D. Although it looked like one of those shoujo style magical girl series, it's actually not. Not only that the music is good, the story plot is unpredictable and exciting. There're also some deep philosphy in the theme of the story.

Anyway, just want to share some of my favourites of the soundtracks. They are all composed by Yuki Kajiura, a popular song/instrumental piece writer in Japan who writes songs for many animations. She has some pop music, but her style is mainly gothic or grand ( I can't really explain her music type because she actually got her own unique style, which makes her awesome!)

Hi everyone! I'm back : )

I checked over my past posts and found that they were posted around the summer of 2009, and already it's almost two years after. During this time gap, lot of things happened, but I think the good news is that I've decided to come back and continue to update this blog. I will write about my new experience in university and talked about stuff that I'd liked to share with you all. Perhaps I should start with a little intro for you guys to start!

- I'm about to enter university, this is going to be an exciting year!

- I'm going into life science, so I don't think I'll have much time to draw in the future. In fact, I've already stopped computer graphic for about a year or so. But I guess I'll still draw with plain paper and pencil when I feel like drawing : ) and for sure I'll upload them.

-I never finish P3P, I'm now at November and I have no time and determination to finish the game : P I've let my cousin play around with my data so I don't what it turns out to be like now...

-I still like animade and video games though! I'll talk about some in here. Recently I've found some really interesting games. I may not have time to play them, but I still entertain myself through playthroughs though, teehee!

-There's one new stuff which I like though, and that is stargazing. I have always been interested in stars and constellation. I would also like to continue this interest in remembrance of my dad as well.

So yup! here are the pics...not much to explain except that most of them are works from REVO (the web art club that I mention before).

By the way, I'm still working on the P3P first playthrough, gosh this game is long! But that's also the good thing about it. Both Akihiko and Ken are so cute!! I wish I will actually met someone like them in person!

-Great...now the battle theme of P3P just got stuck in my head, again and again....

-Sometimes I will burst out some phrases that the Mshe says when she fights shadows (like ``persona!!``, ``I summon you!!``, ``Hah!!`` and so on)

-My progress is super slow....I`m only at May 11th, just start the first exam.

Happy Canada Day to every Canadian!!! (swing flag)

Recently I'm overwhelmed with the World Cup and Revolution. Revolution is a Chinese forum for all artist (painter, writer, music creator...you name it). It's like an art school for both professional and amature artist. You will be assigned into different classes and interact with your "classmates". There are also clubs which you can either join one officially or just wounder around as you like! Anyway, Revo is a fun place, if you can understand chinese, of course:P

There is also activities or courses which you are given certain topic to create an artwork. The picture I attached today is actually one of the assignment for Revo XD. The challenge is "go to bed with the assigned object", and it's mainly for the painters. Some object can be quite rediculous XDD I have seen some people got assigned a samurai sword, an umbrella, or even footcuf. My assigned object is a "tie". I know, it may appeared to you that "pillow" is my topic but actually....its the tie :T

I happened to remove the j-pop vid post sinse so many video have been banned D: I guess if I upload some douga they wouldn't be banned as bad as the MVs...

Going to volunteer at the Canada Day event till 6 PM....guess I won't have time for computer tomorrow.

Rabbits and Sheep all over my head!!

Recently, I felt in love with the two rabbits and the cute female sheep in that picture, and thought would like to share these with you guys :) They are actually two seperate projects by the Kanaban Graphics....the two rabbits are in the animation "Usavich" and the sheep is in the recent released one called "Yanyan Machiko".

So this is the first episode of Usavich XD
In total there are 3 seasons, and each contains 13 episode. This one should be well known over the world since people don't need to understand Japanese in order to watch the clips (the rabbits never speak and will only have sounds like gasp or grunt) The setting is around 1960s in Russian, with a start of two rabbits imprionsed. The pink one is called Krienenko (number 04) and the yellow one is called Putin (number 541)(By the way, I love Putin and his silliness =///=)

Then is the first and only episode of Yanyan Machiko. Sorry, I only found the Chinese version on youtube....but if you want translation, just leave a message and I will try typing them up ^ ^

The story line is different compare to the black humor of Usavich. If someone are familiar with the culture of Japan, they might recognize that Machiko talked in a special Kansai accent :D She also say "yan" at the end of every sentence. I personally think that's really cute! >///< and she plays hulahoop~just like me! I can't put her off mind everytime I play hulahoop now (lol)

That will be all for this post since I don't want to spoil the story for those who havn't watch it yet. You can find more about Usavich through wikipedia. However, since Yanyan Machiko is still new, there are no current introductions in English about it .... Maybe wait until the release of the second episode will be fine :)

Let's talk about Patapon!

So...talking about the "fun" that I've been having lately. First of all, there are two of them...

The first one, obviously, is my new PSP game "Patapon". Nothing really to comment about it, I can only said that I'm 100% satisfied with this game. It is properly fit to my level (which comfort me after totally failing the MGS portable ops and the Assasin's Creed game) and has cute animation with awsome background music. Although it drasticlly drop from "super!" to "OK" due to the second one comming out last year, I still enjoy it very much and .....have no time to draw new pics + update my blog(whisper)

The second fun which I just started last week is twitter! I'm planning to open a twit pic after the final exam so that I can put non-coloured pics there. It's fun to post a sentence or two whenever you want, and having people to know that you're still alived after weeks of no updating :P Yeah...the second one is my main reason to open a twitter....lol

Anyway, God bless me for my comming up exams! If you are also having an exam, then God bless you, too :D Let's work hard and fight till the end!!!

My new pearl white PSP!!!

I've collected money for two months and finally gets it today :D

Thanks to my mom's employment appreciation coupon, it is only $160 when I bought it from Walmart... love you mom >3<

I can't wait to try it, but there's a debate (it's on Nature v.s. Nurture by the way) on Thursday and I need to finished the anotated blibiography first orz

I know that I shouldn't say "super" since I'm just a high school student....but senior grade sure is tougher than junior :(

And since I don't have any pics recently I just put up one of my old pics. I've never been to Sweden nor understanded any of their cultures, but I love their traditional dresses :P

After two months of money saving, I'm finally getting my PSP next Tuesday. Can't wait to see my white PSP and play with it...I've even bought two UMDs already, one is the Patapon and the other is the Metal Gear Solid ops plus (OMG it's my first MGS game !!!) However, it's kind of sad that some of the old games are already extint in UMD and I don't want to download them online.
Puting the disc in and play seems pretty simple to me.

Tomorrow, I'm going to volunteer at the Santa Claus Parade again! This time I'm working as a marshall assistant. No need to dress as a clown like last year anymore! Ohoo!!

Last Tuesday, a guy in our school has been arrested for causing the fire...and he gets to pay for everything! Surely he's doomed

I'm not using my own computer right now....so can't really post any pics ^ ^"'

School has got on fire today !! I was in the restroom when I heard the alarm =_="' (The echo of the alarm is extremely loud, a teacher told me that it is suppose to chase us out of the bathroom)(lol) The fire was detected in one of the boys bathroom....It's definitely NOT an accident since nothing except garbage is flamable in it (both the wall and the floor are made up of tile... and the toliet paper are usually flushed)

Anyway, I have lost my precious lunch time because of the evacuation. The grade 9 and 10s were taken to a church right behind the school, and us grade 11 and 12 went to a elementary school few blocks away. I'm glad that the gym is already full when I arrived so that I get to stay in the library instead :P

The climate this year is just so unnatural :( It seems like fall has just disappear and we went right into winter....all my fall season clothes have been covered with my heavy coat...no fun at all >"<

Time sure goes fast....

Last Sunday I went to a friend's banquet, celebrating their baby's 2 month old birthday :) (They missed the first month, that's why they have one for the 2nd month instead)

It's a resteraunt located beside the lake in downtown Toronto....no wonder it looked so high-class. It's a chinese resteraunt with a hint of western style. The food sure looks great. However, I can't say it's 100% chinese like my grandmother's dishes XDD It's a bit salty, too. I drink a lot of water during the meal.

Anyway....I enjoy it very much :D You should always apreciate the food from God.

By the way, if you are crazy with manga/animade like me, you should know all the style I copied from in the pics today. Cocoa is my first mero pet. As you can see, the one I have now is Mimifi, and Cocoa is his sister ^ ^ I personificate my pet and often use them as the character of my drawing !

Finally, summer school is over, and I've finished both half a credit for civic and career coarse. So excited that I have only one compulsory credit left (the group 2 by the way), which I think I'm going to make up next year ^ˇ^

Other than that, nothing special for me to update lately (sweat drop). I'm bad at sharing my life with people since I'm too lazy to think back what I've done through out the week XDD
I guess my personality matters, too.....

I mean... the drawings are more interesting than the comment under it, arent' they? I wonder who will really read my blabbering.......(sigh)
